OLC's finally over! wad an experience running it, looking at it frm an instructor's point of view.
i must say that dis year's trainees hardly have any outstanding ones. and they do not have any sense of urgency. maybe we were too soft to the trainees? as usual that familiar feeling of missing the times spent with 27 other ppl comes back. wish we could just stay at the top of kota forever, watching the stars, singing songs arnd the campfire. (although i fell asleep during the NR)
but then.. reality pulls you back. make up lecture tmr. damn.
