i've officially ran my longest distance yet.. 42.195km! of coz nv run continuously for the entire distance la but still.. crossed the finish line with zhikai and zheng hong.. was cramping the last 1km la but still managed to cross the line at 5hours 37mins.. legs were totally dying at the finishing point. everyone went home and couldn't bend their knees... marathon was qt an experience. the leg cramps, the anguished faces of ppl arnd you. the water points and deep heat stations. banana station and powergel station. runners. ppl from 42SAR StandChart team haha. i don't suppose we'll ever meet up again on an early sat or sun morning to run ecp again soon..
not doing any camps this week so it's meeting ppl time before i fly off for hongkong! whoo! i miss LL camp though. haha now i sound like one of the campers.
